This is a Branch Manager role responsible for leading all aspects of Sales and Service for one of Terminix's medium to large-sized branch locations. The role involves team leadership, staff training and development, customer satisfaction and retention, service delivery, operational efficiency and new business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years managing associates in a fast-paced environment
- Profit & loss and/or experience in sales management is strongly preferred
- Strong communications skills, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others, build rapport with customers and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
