Job Description
Operations Manager role involves overseeing technician recruiting, training, and retention, as well as ensuring overall service quality to maximize customer retention. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing technicians, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance and inventory management. The role also involves traveling up to 100% of the time within assigned territory(s).
Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
