Job Description
As an Outside Sales Professional, you will sell pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers, assess customers' needs, and maintain customer-focused service to grow the business. You will be the face of our national brand to your local community and protect their homes and families. This role requires sales and customer service skills, and experience in pest control or sales is preferred.
Requirements
- Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage
- Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians
- Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues and propose additional enhancements
- Provide expert knowledge to new service installations
- Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM
