Requirements
- Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
- Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
- Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
- Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity discuss procedures and structural modifications
- Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
- Complete production forms documenting services provided
- Interact with customers and explain services provided
