Job Description
Termite Technicians play a crucial role in protecting customers' properties from wood destroying organisms. They perform termite treatment services, communicate with customers, and interact with the team. The job requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 1 year of customer service experience.
Requirements
- Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
- Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
- Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
- Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity discuss procedures and structural modifications
- Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
- Complete production forms documenting services provided
- Interact with customers and explain services provided
