Terna, the operator of the national transmission grid, is seeking a Data Analyst - Predictive Maintenance Specialist to contribute to the evolution of the Asset Management model, with particular reference to predictive maintenance, risk-based maintenance, and data valorization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics (or similar scientific and technical disciplines).
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial, infrastructural, energetic or asset-intensive contexts.
- Experience in data analysis applied to asset reliability and degradation: predictive maintenance, risk-based maintenance, intervention prioritization.
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies (multivariate analysis, time series, outlier detection, synthetic indicators, risk analysis and data quality).
- Knowledge of the main concepts of asset reliability and risk (failure mode, FMEA/FMECA, failure probability, criticality and impact).
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical models and data-driven solutions, with strong attention to operational adoption.
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools (Python, Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data architectures and integration of heterogeneous sources.
