Junior Data Analyst

Requirements

• Analyze workflows, operational processes, and datasets to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support the optimization of internal systems, reporting structures, and performance tracking methods.
• Prepare, maintain, and update reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytics tools.
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and performance gaps through data analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Support management with insights and recommendations for better decision-making.
• Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and automation initiatives
