Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

As Administrative Assistant, you will ensure smooth daily operations of our Eschborn office environment, manage administrative and procurement processes, and support financial reporting activities.

Requirements

• Strong administrative background with experience in finance, procurement, general affairs or office/operations management
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and in parallel
• Knowledge of SAP (P2P) and experience preparing and reporting on financial data
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
