We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Secondary Sales to drive new customer acquisition and expand our presence within the UK secondary school sector. This management-level role leads a team of Business Development Professionals, creating and executing strategic sales plans while promoting cross-selling opportunities across the Tes product suite.
Requirements
- Significant software sales experience with expertise in managing sales teams
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS/software environment
- Strong leadership qualities with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar highly preferred)
- Analytical, data-driven approach with strong performance measurement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, team support, and internal meetings
