Job Description
Tes is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution across Australia and New Zealand during a maternity cover period. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to shape how Tes shows up in the ANZ market.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product marketing, proposition marketing or strategic B2B marketing
- Proven ability to lead go-to-market planning, positioning and proposition development
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to link marketing strategy to revenue outcomes
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product and Customer Success in complex, matrixed organisations
- Excellent communication, storytelling and senior stakeholder management skills
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using customer and market insights to shape strategy
