Job Description
We are seeking a fixed-term strategic operator to lead market intelligence, value creation analysis, and strategic initiative design for Tes, a global Edtech leader. The role blends external insight, commercial evaluation, and structured strategic thinking to define impactful proposals to help accelerate business growth.
Requirements
- 5â10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence, or value creation
- Strong market research skills: secondary research, qualitative interviews, survey design, synthesis
- Financial and commercial modelling capability
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, evidence-backed recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels
