Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to reduce uncertainty and accelerate decision-making in areas where system complexity, integrations, or emerging technologies introduce risk. The role combines deep technical investigation of existing systems with ecosystem enablement and the rollout of shared technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience analysing complex software systems in a technical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity when working in unfamiliar software environments
- Comfortable reading and navigating different codebases (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, C#,.NET, Java or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and data flows
- Strong systems thinking and investigative mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
