We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. The role involves providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting stock
- Knowledge of customer service procedures and policies
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear safety equipment when necessary
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and process payments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Post Office procedures and policies (if applicable)
