Senior Security Engagement Partner - Cyber Connect

The Senior Security Engagement Partner - Cyber Connect is responsible for owning and evolving the Cyber Connect engagement model, a global process designed to synchronise cyber initiatives with software engineering teams. They will also provide leadership and direction to the wider Security Engagement & Culture team, supporting delivery of global campaigns, programmes and initiatives.

Requirements

• Define and manage the global Cyber Connect strategy and roadmap
• Establish scalable engagement, communication and synchronisation processes
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and scale engagement approaches
• Provide leadership and direction to the wider Security Engagement & Culture team
• Act as a senior subject matter expert
• Facilitate prioritisation and synchronisation sessions with cyber leadership
• Oversee the design of engagement approaches
• Support and evolve tools such as CRM-style engagement tracking
• Defining and delivering security engagement strategies
• Leading complex programmes or portfolios
• Designing and delivering creative, scalable engagement solutions
• Working within a technology environment
• Articulating a clear product or engagement strategy
• Communicating complex concepts in a simple, clear and compelling way
