The Senior Security Engagement Partner - Cyber Connect is responsible for owning and evolving the Cyber Connect engagement model, a global process designed to synchronise cyber initiatives with software engineering teams. They will also provide leadership and direction to the wider Security Engagement & Culture team, supporting delivery of global campaigns, programmes and initiatives.
Requirements
- Define and manage the global Cyber Connect strategy and roadmap
- Establish scalable engagement, communication and synchronisation processes
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and scale engagement approaches
- Provide leadership and direction to the wider Security Engagement & Culture team
- Act as a senior subject matter expert
- Facilitate prioritisation and synchronisation sessions with cyber leadership
- Oversee the design of engagement approaches
- Support and evolve tools such as CRM-style engagement tracking
- Defining and delivering security engagement strategies
- Leading complex programmes or portfolios
- Designing and delivering creative, scalable engagement solutions
- Working within a technology environment
- Articulating a clear product or engagement strategy
- Communicating complex concepts in a simple, clear and compelling way
