Job Description
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week is offered, with flexibility for fewer hours. Colleagues help to serve our shoppers better every day and meet great people, learn new things, and be part of a specialist, diverse team.
Requirements
- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within my store
- Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required
- Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
