Tesco Shift Leader - Days - New Express Glasgow Union Street

We are looking for a Shift Leader to support our store team and deliver a great shopping experience for customers. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee the store, coordinate the team, and make sure the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented.

Requirements

• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Take ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team
• Provide great customer service and help customers with their queries
• Support colleagues and make sure they are delivering daily priorities and taking regular breaks
• Maintain a great understanding of how the store is performing and assist managers in delivering actions to improve the store
• Lead from the front and set a great example for colleagues

• Opportunities to work fewer hours (minimum of 12 hours)
• A rate of pay starting from £14.76 per hour (increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25)
