As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will oversee the store from the shop floor, coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store, and provide great customer service. You will also support your colleagues, ensure the store is always clean and tidy, and contribute to a great team atmosphere.

• Work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Take ownership of running duty shifts
• Coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers
