The company is seeking a Batch Maker for the Night Shift in Atmore, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow production formulas and batch sheets precisely, and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to batch sheets, formulas, and production specifications.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust batching equipment to ensure proper mixing and consistency of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies and sanitation standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor.
