Manager - Regional Airport Customer Service (St. Louis)

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Manager - Regional Airport Customer Service to oversee daily operations, customer service, and financial performance in multiple airport locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility while interacting with senior management and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years prior passenger airline experience in a leadership role
• Previous City Manager experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations
