Job Description
As a Solutions Architect at TestBox, you'll design, build, and deliver high-impact demo and POC environments that drive sales success for our customers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or similar technical consulting roles
- Ability to write and manage technical tickets and documentation for delivery teams
- Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, and data formats like CSV and JSON
- Experience working in agile environments (standups, retros, ticket grooming, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, text-to-speech engines, automation platforms) to drive efficiency, draft technical documentation, create demo content, or solve complex problems
