Data Analyst

Role Overview

Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements, implement tracking frameworks, and ensure data accuracy. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.

What You Will Do

Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key business metrics. Develop and automate data pipelines using SQL, Python, or other scripting languages to improve data accessibility and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably within a technology or software-driven environment
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Google Sheets for rapid analysis
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis techniques
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders
