Job Description
Exposure across financial reporting, controllership, audits, MIS, and stakeholder management in a fast-scaling environment. Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, support audit processes, develop MIS reports, and partner with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- CPA or CA qualification is a plus;
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, controllership, or audit within a high-growth or scaling environment;
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems);
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude;
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape;
