Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the core production line, monitor production output, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal throughput.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in production supervision or operations management
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving productivity, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP or production management systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and perform routine site inspections
- Familiarity with OSHA or equivalent safety standards and experience in implementing safety audits
