Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value, leading end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns and collaborating with product and design teams to align growth initiatives with user experience and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and email marketing automation
- Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and retention through data-driven experimentation
