Job Description
A Manager(Launch Operation) is required to lead a high-performing team in Mumbai, with responsibilities including team leadership, operational architecture, AI & automation innovation, cross-functional orchestration, quality governance, and data-led optimization.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Streaming, Entertainment, or Tech Operations with a deep understanding of post-production and localization workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in coaching and developing diverse teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in using technology to optimize workflows and a genuine passion for Applied AI in operations.
- Ability to navigate the complexity of launches spanning different time zones, languages, and regional regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with global partners across the US, Europe, and Asia.
