Job Description
Lead the research, design, and development of new engineering products, systems, and processes. Conduct feasibility studies, material selection analyses, and performance testing for prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs into production and manufacturing workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in research and development within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB)
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience in prototyping, testing, and validating engineering designs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance in engineering
