Job Description
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, supervise administrative staff, and develop operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in operations or administrative supervision
- Proven experience in team leadership, workflow management, and process improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or service-based administrative environment is highly desirable
