We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing design function, managing workflows for designers and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
• Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated success leading website and digital products launch, including close collaboration with design and development teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams
• Background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus
• Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus
