Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience in asset management, portfolio reporting, performance analytics, or a related role within investment-driven organizations
• Strong experience producing board-level reporting, dashboards, and recurring performance materials
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail, with comfort managing complex data sets and recurring reporting cycles
• High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with reporting systems or BI tools is a plus
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution discipline
• Ability to work effectively across teams and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
