Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an engineering field
• Advanced English (oral and written)
• At least 5-8 years of experience in solution-based or value-based sales, as well as a good understanding of technical sales
• Experience with CRM / ERP
• Strong professional presence, responsibility, and disciplined work ethic
• Demonstrable ability to strategically lead customer prospecting of all sizes, build solid pipelines, and close business
• Solid financial knowledge and good commercial judgment, including pricing strategies and category management
