Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or related fields (MBA or relevant post-graduation is a plus)
• Proven experience in branding, marketing strategy, and product development, with a clear focus on innovation and adaptability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English
• Creative mindset, with demonstrated ability to think 'outside the box' and challenge the status quo
• Strong project management skills, with a history of delivering results within deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously while perfectly integrated with a highly collaborative team
