Service Engineer

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to work in Thessaloniki area. As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality technical services and will support our customers ensuring that all issues are dealt in the most effective and satisfactory way.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Valid Mechanical or Electrical License.
• High level of Greek and English language knowledge in written and verbally.
• 3 years of practical experience in similar duties with good hands-on skills.
• Skills in Automation and work experience in PLC programming.
• Genuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality
• Willingness to travel: c. 70-90% of working time is required on customer sites (mainly in Greece, occasionally abroad).
• Results oriented, accountable and team player attitude.
• Dynamic, result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, customer-first mindset, great communicator
