Job Description
As a client service technician at Tetra Pak, you will provide high-quality service to customers by resolving complex problems, training operators, and maintaining trustful relationships with users. You will be part of the Service team and work on maintaining food processing and packaging equipment at customers' sites.
Requirements
- Technical training in electromechanics
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial installations, maintenance, and/or services
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and automation
- MS Office and basic computer tools mastery
- Intermediate level of English (written and oral)
- Valid category B driving license
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 90% depending on market conditions)
- Proactive and customer-oriented spirit
