Project Manager (m/f/d)

Teupe Group, a market leader in scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering, and steel construction, is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join their team at the Heilbronn site. The role involves commercial and technical project management of major projects throughout Germany, preparation of quotations, contract negotiations, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (FH), preferably specializing in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
• Training as a construction technician with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or in the construction industry
• Completed training as a master craftsman, technician in a technical profession, or certified scaffolding crew leader
• Knowledge of contract law and VOB
• Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment
• Social competence, team spirit, and the ability to lead employees
• Independent, conscientious, and reliable way of working
• IT skills and experience in using MS Office
