Job Description
The Senior Facilities/Plant Engineer will oversee equipment, facilities, and maintenance operations across multiple sites, ensuring operational reliability, compliance, and efficiency. This role leads a team of maintenance professionals and requires occasional travel to customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related technical field)
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, plant engineering, or industrial maintenance
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing maintenance teams
