Mortgage Loan Originator; BR 63, 11.4.25

The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans by developing client relationships, assessing borrower needs, and guiding applicants through the loan process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
• Valid NMLS license as required by state and federal regulations
• Previous experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office tool
