Originate residential mortgage loans by developing client relationships, assessing borrower needs, and guiding applicants through the loan process. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
• Valid NMLS license as required by state and federal regulations
• Previous experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office tool
