Job Description
The Mortgage Loan Originator Team Lead is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans and supporting the loan production efforts within the branch, requiring a significant portion of time spent conducting sales activities away from the employer’s place of business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NMLS license
- Previous experience in mortgage lending or financial services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office
