Mortgage Loan Originator - Outside; BR 77; 12.9.25

The Mortgage Loan Originator Team Lead is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans and supporting the loan production efforts within the branch. The role involves conducting borrower interviews, evaluating financial documents, and educating clients on available loan products. The Team Lead must meet the Outside Sales Exemption criteria as defined by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
• Valid NMLS license as required by state and federal regulations
• Previous experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office tool
