Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
- Ten years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and Human Resources best practices.
