Job Description
Texas A&M International University welcomes applicants for a Clinical Assistant/Clinical Associate Professor of Clinical Laboratory Science to begin Fall 2026. The successful candidate will teach or co-teach didactic and laboratory courses, update course materials, participate in curriculum development, and engage in department and university committees.
Requirements
- Master's degree in clinical/medical laboratory science or closely related field
- Active and current ASCP BOC certification as a medical laboratory scientist MLS(ASCP)CM (or other professional certification recognized by the department)
- At least 3 years of full-time employment experience as a clinical/medical laboratory scientist
- Evidence of current competence and ongoing professional development in clinical/medical laboratory science
