Job Description
Texas A&M University–Kingsville is seeking a Senior Custodian to provide daily, general cleaning services in a variety of styles to Campus Buildings. The Senior Custodian will supervise teams/shifts of custodians, train and educate team members, and maintain inventory, equipment and supplies list.
Requirements
- High school graduation or GED
- One year of related experience
- Supervisory related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors exposed to various weather conditions
- Ability to lift/move/carry furniture and equipment
