Associate Professor in Educational Leadership (Dissertation and Research)

The College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M University-San Antonio invites applications for a tenure track/tenured appointment at the rank of Associate Professor of Education Leadership beginning in Fall 2026. The position includes teaching graduate and doctoral courses in educational leadership, chairing dissertations, and mentoring doctoral candidates.

Requirements

• Earned doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education in Educational Leadership or a closely related discipline
• Vast experience chairing dissertations
• Demonstrated record of successfully mentoring doctoral candidates through degree completion
• A successful academic record that meets the University and A&M system qualifications for tenure
