Contract Specialist II (Part-time)

The Contract Specialist II will facilitate contract administration, prepare scope of work, write contracts, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. The role will also assist with administration and analysis of project budgets, research discrepancies, and perform advanced accounting duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or closely related field
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, business, finance reporting, and financial systems
• Knowledge of OMB Circulars and state/federal contract and grant regulations
• Technical writing and editing skills, including contractual language and procedures
