Financial Aid Advisor II

The Financial Aid Advisor II position provides student-focused service and guidance regarding student aid programs, educational funding options, and the financial aid application process. The position ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and university policies, and provides excellent customer service to students in the Enrollment Service Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• One year of related experience
• Proficient with common software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of financial aid systems such as Banner
• Federal Student Financial Aid experience at a previous educational institution
