The Psychology program at Texas A&M University-Texarkana seeks an Assistant Professor of Psychology to teach undergraduate and graduate courses and maintain an active research agenda. The position requires a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology or a related field and eligibility to work in the U.S. at the time of hire.
Requirements
- Teach a workload equal to 9 semester credit hours during each long semester
- Perform professional, scholarly research that engages undergraduate and graduate students
- Supervise master's theses in the program
- Serve on departmental, college, and university committees
- Contribute to program curriculum and course development
- Participate in annual program assessments and undergraduate and graduate outreach
