The Administrative Coordinator II coordinates administrative support for the Executive Associate Dean (EAD), the EAD team, and with the implementation of the College of Architectureās strategic plan. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and managing complex administrative workflows in a dynamic academic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of experience in office administration.
- Knowledge of word, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to organize data and files.
