The Counseling and Development Specialist II is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering academic support services and learning resource programs for medical students at Texas A&M University.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education or related field
- Five years experience in academic and/or career counseling in a higher education setting
- Master’s degree in education preferred
- Experience in medical school environment preferred
- Experience with STEP 1 and STEP 2 prep preferred
- Experience using diagnostic educational and learning tools preferred
