Job Description
Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner II, Psychiatry to provide clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations, prescribe and monitor medications, and assume responsibility for difficult and complex patients based on experience or area of expertise.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent level of education and experience
- 2 years of related experience
- Texas Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licenses with prescriptive authority in Texas
- Board certified in mental health
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
