The Postdoctoral Research Associate will conduct lab experiments, analyze and communicate data, aid in grant writing, supervise undergraduate students, and perform routine lab duties. The position is grant funded and may be contingent upon future funding.
Requirements
- Appropriate PhD in a related field
- Training in statistics, and programming experience in a UNIX/Linux environment
- Experience in analysis of genomic data including RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and ChIP-seq
- Experience in working with high-performance computing environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, Matlab
- Familiarity with software development best practices
- Familiarity with inferential statistics and machine learning
- Expertise in computational biology
