The Program Coordinator II is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing quality programs for the Center for Executive Development (CED) at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. The position requires coordinating with leadership, clients, and stakeholders to meet participant needs and program objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years' experience in project management, event coordination, program administration, or closely related experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under timelines
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, registration software, HubSpot, Monday.com, Canva
